Customs, Duties and Taxes
Please note that you will be regarded as the importer of record for the art work.
You are responsible for lawful settlement of all administrative fees, expenses and any additional charge for customs,
duties and taxes in the destination country (i.e. customs clearance fee, import taxes etc.), which may be incurred by importing the work.
Customs policies vary from country to country so please contact your local customs office if you have any inquiry on importing goods to your country.
Please be advised that we have no control over these charges and we are not in the position to handle this matter.
Consumption Tax (Domestic Tax in Japan)
Billing Address within Japan
Consumption tax will be charged to the customer irrespective of the shipping address.
Billing Address outside Japan (International Billing)
Consumption tax will NOT be charged to the customer irrespective of the shipping address.

Shipping outside Japan (International Shipping Rate)
Introduction
- Shipping rate will be charged according to the weight and destination of the package (Please refer to the shipping rate table below).
- Your package will be delivered by "EMS(Express Mail Service)" handled by "JAPAN POST SERVICE Co., Ltd." primarily.
Track & Trace Service for Package
- Track & Trace Service is available for your package on the website of JAPAN POST SERVICE Co., Ltd. Please click here to see the page.
- Tracking No. (EMS Item No.) for your package is provided in the "Shipment Advice" email.
Shipping Rate
- Shipping rate of EMS is shown in the table below.
- The shipping rate will be set by the weight and destination of the package. To find the weight of your package, please refer to "Weight of Package" section on the "Other Information" page of your ordered work.

Return Policy
We accept the returns and refunds ONLY FOR the incorrect/defective work caused by us. We will not accept the returns and refunds for any other reasons.
If you received the incorrect or defective work, please contact us via email first before sending it back to us.
In case it is confirmed that the error was caused by us then we will take appropriate follow-up measures accordingly shown below. Otherwise we will not accept any returned goods.
- Incorrect work : We will replace it with the correct one as soon as possible.
- Defective work : We will replace it with non-defective one with new Serial No. (Limited Edition No.) as soon as possible. In case the work is already out-of-stock at the time of request, we will repair the defects.
Note: Our follow-up measures may vary depending on the situation such as the nature of the problem (incorrect/defective) and status of our stock.
Process for Returns
Firstly please contact us via email within 7 days from the date of delivery and before sending it back to us.
Please provide details of the problem you are having with your work.
Attachment of some photo images may be helpful for us to clarify the situation.
After receiving your email, we will send you back instruction email with the information on process for returned goods.
Please read it through and follow the instruction.
Cost Incurred by Returns
In case it is confirmed that the error was caused by us, then we will cover the shipping rate for return trip of the work.
However please note that we cannot cover customs clearance fee and import taxes etc. when you receive the package.
When you receive the package, please check the contents first, referring to "Contents of Package" section of the "Other Information" page of your ordered work. In case there is any missing part(s), please contact us via email. Please identify missing part(s) and provide the information in your email. Attachment of some photo images may be helpful for us to clarify the situation. After receiving your email, we will send you the missing part(s) at our cost.
Cancellation Process
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us via email. We will respond to your request as shown in the table below.

Cancellation Fee
There will be no cancellation fee.
Serial No. (Limited Edition No.)
Serial No. (Limited Edition No.) will be assigned in order of the order application, and the number will be carried on by the assigned work and will not change regardless of the ownership change of the work.
In case cancelled work become available, it will be resale for new owner.
Receipt
Conditions: We issue a receipt only for the case that meets all the following conditions.
- The payment method you specified is "Payment in Advance" (Bank Transfer or Credit Cards).
- The name on the billing address and the name of the remitter are the same.
Revenue Stamp: The Japanese law requires "Revenue Stamp" to be put on the receipt
by the seller when the sales amount is more than JPY 30,000, regardless of the country of the billing address.
Thus we put the revenue stamp on your receipt accordingly.
Name of the Payer: The name on the billing address will be printed as the name of payer on the receipt.
Note: In case you specified "Cash on Delivery"
The driver of delivery company will hand you the receipt together with your package,
because the driver is a recipient of the amount.
We will not enclose our receipt to avoid the double issuance.
In case the sales amount is more than JPY 30,000, the revenue stamp will be put on the receipt by the driver.
Delivery Note
The delivery note will be enclosed in your package.
We are sorry that gift-wrapping service is not available.
