Customs, Duties and Taxes
The recipient of the package will be regarded as the importer of record and responsible for lawful settlement of all administrative fees, expenses and any additional charge for customs, duties and taxes in the destination country (i.e. customs clearance fee, import taxes etc.).

Bank Transfer Fees/Transaction Fees
In case bank transfer is specified for payment method, please note that all of bank transfer fees/transaction fees would be borne by the customer.
Shipping Rate Shipping within Japan
Shipping rate is free of charge.

Shipping outside Japan (International Shipping)
Shipping rate will be charged accordingly and also the customer is responsible for lawful settlement of all administrative fees, expenses and any additional charge for customs, duties and taxes in the destination country (i.e. customs clearance fee, import taxes etc.). Payment Method Bank Transfer (Payment in Advance)
Bank transfer is available for the customers residing within Japan only. Please note that all bank transfer fees and transaction fees shall be paid by the customer.

Credit Card via PayPal (Payment in Advance)
Various credit cards are available through PayPal without creating a PayPal account. There is NO transaction fee. Please see here for more information.

Cash on Delivery
Please make payment of the amount billed to the driver of delivery company when you receive the package. COD fee will be paid by us.
Timing of Payments
Timing of Shipments
If you specified Bank Transfer or Credit Card (via PayPal)
Payment in advance. Upon receipt of your order application, we will prepare the shipment of your ordered work and send you email titled shown below. We will ship out your ordered work within 3 days after confirming your payment.
  • If you specified Bank Transfer: "Information for Payment"
  • If you specified PayPal: "HENGE is requesting payment from you."
Please make your payment within 7 days after the issuance date of the "Information for Payment" email, or your order will be canceled.

If you specified Cash on Delivery
We will ship out your ordered work within 3 days after receiving your order application. Please make payment of the amount billed to the driver of delivery company when you receive the package. COD fee will be paid by us.
Returns Return Policy
We accept the returns and refunds ONLY FOR the incorrect/defective work caused by us. We will not accept the returns and refunds for any other reasons.
If you received the incorrect or defective work, please contact us via email. In case it is confirmed that the error was caused by us then we will take appropriate follow-up measures accordingly shown below. Otherwise we will not accept any returned goods.

Incorrect work : We will replace it with the correct one as soon as possible
Defective work : We will replace it with non-defective one with new Serial No. (Limited Edition No.) as soon as possible. In case the work is already out-of-stock at the time of request, we will repair the defects.

Note: Our follow-up measures may vary depending on the situation such as the nature of the problem (incorrect/defective) and status of our stock.

Process for Returns
Firstly please contact us via email within 7 days from the date of delivery and before sending your work back to us. Please provide details of the problem you are having with your work. After receiving your email, we will send you back instruction email with the information on process for returned goods. Please read it through and follow the instruction.

Cost Incurred by Returns
In case it is confirmed that the error was caused by us, then we will cover the shipping rate for return trip of the work. However please note that we cannot cover customs clearance fee and import taxes etc. when you receive the package.
Parts Missing When you receive the package, please check the contents first, referring to "Contents of Package" section of the "Other Information" page of your ordered work. In case there is any missing part(s), please contact us via email. Please identify missing part(s) and provide the information in your email. After receiving your email, we will send you the missing part(s) at our cost.
Cancellation of Order Cancellation Process
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us via email.
If you specified Bank Transfer or Credit Card (via PayPal), we will cancel your order ONLY IF we receive your cancellation request BEFORE your payment. We will not accept the cancellation request after your payment.
If you specified Cash on Delivery, we will cancel your order ONLY IF we receive your cancellation request BEFORE shipping out your order. We will not accept the cancellation request after the shipping.

Cancellation Fee
There will be no cancellation fee.
Issuance of Receipt etc. We issue the receipt and the delivery note under basal conditions. They will be enclosed in the package. Please see here for more information.
Gift-Wrapping We are sorry that gift-wrapping service is not available.
